Before, I was not aware that batteries cause that much harm to our environment. They can leak and contaminate soil and groundwater. I do use a lot of batteries and most are not rechargeable, so I am going to start to use all rechargeable batteries. This can save me money because each battery can be charged charged thousands of times so I figured that is at least a couple of years of use instead of buying new batteries every week. There are a lot of hazardous wastes found in batteries so please, use alternative sources of power.
I live in Wallingford, Connecticut. The weather here is very nice, although it is starting to get chilly. My middle school is from 8 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. It has eight periods and the last is a study hall. A good place to visit is Mountain Fun.
Above is my avatar. It is alot like me because I like to dress “metal” and that goes along with my guitar. Not many people are like this; I am one of a kind. I love heavy metal and playing my guitar on endless hours.
Hows it going? My name is Alex and I am very excited to be in stubc08. My interests include play the guitar and having fun with friends. Also, I am VERY good at Guitar Hero. I’m starting to play in competitions I’m so good. I constantly listen to music and I don’t know how I could survive without it. I listen to mostly 80’s speed/thrash metal.( and R.H.C.P.) It is one of the only things i play on guitar. I play songs from bands such as Slayer, Metallica, DragonForce and Megadeth. There is really nothing more or less about me. So good day.
